What is your earliest memory?

In the first interview, the subject said her first memory was playing with her father’s billy club.

In the second interview, the subject confirmed this memory.

How did you feel about your mother?

In the first interview, the subject said her mother was the model of a policeman’s wife, always there to soothe her father’s nerves after he came home from confronting a dangerous criminal. The subject said she tries to model herself after her mother’s honorable behavior.

In the second interview, the subject said her mother was often scolding her for being too interested in books and not showing interest enough in feminine activities.

How did you feel about your father?

In the first interview, the subject said her father was an honorable man;, as honorable as the Samurai before the Meiji Restoration, or as the Romans in the Early Republic Era, before they were corrupted by the cult of Bacchus.[2] The subject said her father never took a bribe, never let an innocent man get punished or a guilty man go free, and always kept his uniform clean.

In the second interview, the subject admitted to hearing rumors of the subject’s father’s corruption.

When did you realize you were a little girl?

In the first interview, the subject said when she was six, she told her father she wanted to be a policeman when she grew up. The subject’s father told her that girls could not become policemen. While there were police matrons in her father’s department, he did not approve of that as a career for her.

In the second interview, the subject said she read the story of Achilles forced to disguise himself as a girl to avoid being drafted in the Trojan War and believed this was the case with her.

What did you think of boys growing up?

In the first interview, the subject said that growing up, she wanted to socialize with boys and discuss ancient Greek and Roman history, but even the boys interested in those subjects did not want to play the Battle of Thermopylae with her. The subject did not want to play with girls, since she looked down on them for constantly discussing trivial matters. When the subject became interested in Japan, she found no one else with that interest, especially after the bombing of Pearl Harbor.

In the second interview, the subject said she wished she could have been the loyal friend of the most popular boy in school. When they became adolescents, he asked her out on a date but she refused.

What is your earliest sexual memory?

In the first interview, the subject said her earliest sexual memory was seeing a nude statue of Achilles at the local art museum. The subject wished she could be naked and dressed in armor the same way as Achilles.

In the second interview, the subject confirmed this memory.

How did you learn about sex?

In the first interview, the subject said while she researched Ancient Rome, she read the story of the rape of Lucretia and how she killed herself when she was disgraced. The subject believed she would do that when the time came.

In the second interview, the subject said the subject’s mother warned her that men would try to trick her into giving sexual favors. The subject said she wished she listened to her mother.

When did you first learn about homosexuality?

In the first interview, the subject said she learned about homosexuality while reading about the freer attitudes towards that in the histories of ancient Mediterranean and in Japan.

In the second interview, the subject said she overheard someone say her father forced “punks” to give him sexual favors in exchange for their freedom.

What were your sexual fantasies as a teen-ager?

In the first interview, the subject said she did not research history in order to have sexual fantasies, like her mother claimed.

In the second interview, the subject said she fantasized about the Sacred Band of Thebes, and later on about Samurai and their pages.

How did you lose your virginity?

In the first interview, the subject said she lost her virginity on her honeymoon night in Kyoto, just like she told her mother she would.

In the second interview, the subject confessed that while serving in Japan, a handsome and cultured local man befriended her. After they went on several dates, she went to his place and consummated her attraction to him. They did not have normal intercourse, but instead had intercrural sex “like the Ancient Greeks did.” The next day, a bunch of rough-looking Japanese men showed up at her apartment and showed her photographic evidence of her sexual relations. They threatened to tell her parents if she did not give them all the intelligence on the ultra-nationalists groups the U.S. Army was investigating. The subject gave them the information, but she also told her boss. The subject had intended on killing herself afterward, but her boss insisted he marry her instead.

What do you think about when you touch yourself?

In the first interview, the subject said she does not masturbate. The subject said masturbation is not a hobby worthy of a Samurai or a Samurai’s wife. The subject says she prefers to pass the time with watercolors and flower arrangements.

In the second interview, the subject said she masturbates while imagining a Samurai cutting a watermelon in half with a Japanese sword.

How do you feel about your parents now?

In the first interview, the subject said her father is retired but still a respectable member of the community. The subject’s father looks down on his former friend Harry S. Truman for Truman’s poor handling of Asia, which the subject agrees with. The subject’s mother is also alive and often praises the subject for her good marriage and healthy son, though the subject’s mother warns her that the subject’s husband will leave her if the subject continues to is too be obsessed with history and foreign culture.

In the second interview, the subject said she wishes her parents would die so she would not fear that the blackmail material will reach them. The subject has reoccurring nightmares where this happens. The subject’s husband has threatened this on occasions when he was angry at her.

Do you feel you married the right person?

In the first interview, the subject said that she was fated to marry her husband. It does not matter that he is not the most charming or warmest man in the world. If he dies, she might be fated to marry another man, but for now he is her husband, to honor and obey.

In the second interview, the subject confessed she still had feelings for the local Japanese man who seduced her. The subject believes that he did not want to betray her and must have been forced to do it. The subject preferred their intercural sex to the penetrative sex she has with her husband. The subject would also like to penetrate the local Japanese man.

Do you ever wish you were the husband?

In the first interview, the subject said her husband has a difficult job, making sure the Communists and Fascists do not take over the U.S. Army. The subject respects that job and wants to support him any way she can.

In the second interview, the subject said she wishes she were doing that job, and also that she had a large penis like him.
